Nothing Goes Wasted...

A poem that is very diplomatic and forthright. Some people simply lack the common sense to realize, why so much calamities follow them. A situation that often spirals out of control if we allow it to.

In fairness of all those fair,
God allows you, free will,
shaping destiny of your own.
Why blame others when,
all that give out, is just about all
you attract.
Forget about selfish needs,
you and only you...

Give some love, kindness,
concern for others, learn.
Maybe happiness will follow,
kindness and inner peace,
woven by gifts of givin

g.

No money, do we desire from you,
just random acts of kindness,
to change but your own stance,
casting away miseries,
self inflicted.

Author Notes:

A poem that reflects on the power and self afflicting nature of free will. Each person can decide for himself/herself the do’s and don’ts. In a way the choices we make will determine everything else that happens to an individual. On the other hand sometimes bad things also follow god people.

The poet uses free will and personal choices as a guide to attract the good into your own life. A poem written in free verse bringing home a very important point.

The tone and theme is more of a philosophical nature.
